Getting started

1. Put your line items in a sheet: one row per item, with a header row (e.g. Item, Qty, Unit Price).
2. Extensions → Gen Quote → Open Gen Quote.
3. Choose a template, confirm the column mapping, fill the client details, Generate.

Common questions

Where do my PDFs go?

Into a "Gen Quote PDFs" folder the add-on creates in your Drive. The success panel links straight to each file.

Why is there VAT on / not on my quote?

VAT is only added when you switch "VAT registered" on (per quote, or as a default in your Business profile). Off means no VAT lines at all.

How do I remove the watermark?

The footer watermark is part of the free tier. Pro removes it permanently — it's a one-time purchase from the Pricing page.

My licence key isn't recognised

Paste it exactly as emailed (it starts with ZG-). If it still fails, contact support@zevgeeks.com with the last 4 characters of your key.
