What the add-on accesses

• Your active spreadsheet — read only, only while you generate a quote, only the sheet the sidebar is open on. Cell contents are used to render your PDF and are not stored or transmitted to us.
• Your Google Drive — only files the add-on itself creates (your quote PDFs and their folder). It cannot see any other file.

What we store

• Your business profile (name, address, contact details, logo) — stored in your own Google account's add-on storage, not on our servers.
• For Pro purchases: your email address and a hashed licence key on our servers, plus payment records held by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• Licence checks send an anonymous per-user identifier — never your email, name or spreadsheet data.

What we never do

• Read spreadsheets beyond the one you generate from.
• Store or share your spreadsheet contents or generated documents.
• Sell personal data.
